Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust Management Limited, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Manager looking for:

Investment Manager

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for identifying, researching and evaluating potential acquisitions and related investments with a view to enhancing LMIR Trust’s portfolio; or divestments where a property is no longer strategic, fails to enhance the value of LMIR Trust’s portfolio or fails to be yield accretive.

You will also recommend and analyse potential asset enhancement initiatives, by developing financial models to test the financial impact of the different courses of action.

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Finance or Business qualifications with at least 8 years working experience, preferably in real estate
• Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and discretion
