INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated, committed individuals to take up the role as Director in our

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

As Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our IT Department and will be expected to translate operational needs into system requirements, identify and address IT issues, manage software development projects and make strategic management and policy recommendations on IT matters. You will also provide support and oversee the maintenance of servers and desktops, remote access, liaise with vendors, create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or similar fields
Technical certification in Microsoft Operating System eg. MCSE 2000 or MCSE 2003
Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in the IT department of a non-profit organization or SME
Minimum 3 years of proven track record in setup, support and troubleshooting in Windows 2000 and 2003
Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development project management
Experience in Microsoft CRM 4.0 & Sharepoint
Experience in Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Antivirus Console and Client
Strong leader with excellent people management skills
Highly adaptable, has initiative and able to work independently
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communications skills
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
