Industrial Engineer

Job Description:

Site planning and capacity and workload planning for all HE missions contained in the Singapore site.
Capacity planning and time study as well as layout for all HE models.
Responsible for quarterly capital request & requirement for HE models.
Responsible for MFG direct headcounts planning & control for HE models.
Provide support for the Manufacturing line.
Provide engineering support to own functional and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
Participate in new product introduction and launch activities.

Pre-requisites:

Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering with min 3 years relevant working experience. Fresh degree holders are welcome to apply.
Strong leadership, problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Able to work under tight datelines and pressure.
Able to work independently with high level of motivation.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Faster Learner, willingness to learn and strong team player.
Possess good auto CAD skills for MFG layout.
Knowledge in Microsoft project will be an added advantage.
