Hygiene Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan the Food Safety Management System
• Lead the Food Safety Management System team
• Train employees and conduct orientation to new hires on safety policies
• Conduct monthly internal hygiene inspections and make appropriate recommendations regarding food safety issues
• Maintain proper documentation of trainings and audits conducted on the Food Safety Management System
• Co-ordinate and work closely wtih F&B outlets, and the kitchen to ensure that the Food Safety Management system adheres to the Hotel standards

Requirements

• Degree in Food Seience/Microbiology
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry
