HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll processing
- Responsible for Performance Management administration
- Enhance HR processes, provide advice on labour legislations to ensure statutory compliance
- Participate in HR surveys, preparation of monthly and ad-hoc HR reports
- Proper maintenance of personnel records, HR database ensuring data integrity
- Assist the HR Manager in supervisory duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM / CAT / Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Highly proficient with Paysonnel CE system
- Competent with Employment Act, labour legislations and HR practices
- Must be able to work unsupervised and independently in a fast paced environment
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, exercise high initiative and integrity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Team player as well as individual contributor
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice is advantageous
- This position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs
