Human Resource Manager Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific Pty Ltd

Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the corporate team in Singapore. The incumbent reports to the Vice President – Human Resources. The duties and responsibilities include:

  • Render assistance in the management of the human resources function for CHAP Singapore Office when necessary
  • Provide HR support to managed hotels within the Carlson Hotels Worldwide – Asia Pacific region
  • Support and participate in CHAP human resources projects as directed by Vice President – Human Resources
  • Task force co-ordination for opening hotels
  • Represent the Vice President – Human Resources in meetings, as required
  • Administration of Gallup annual employee surveys and follow up on hotel employee meetings
  • Provide general HR assistance to hotels as and when required
  • Job ad placement, monitoring, resume receipt and candidate management for hotel executive positions
  • Conduct 90-day probationary review meetings and exit interviews for corporate staff on behalf of Vice President – Human Resources when necessary
  • Preparation /distribution of CHAP hotel Human Resources SOPs to the hotels.

The candidate will have a degree in Human Resources Management. S/he must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR at least as Assistant HR Manager with a big international hotel group.
