Human Resource Assistant

Job duties

• Assist in all HR functions and keeping records up-to-date
• Maintaining leave and medical records
• Other ad-hoc duties and clerical duties as assigned

Pre-requisites

• Minimum Diploma with at least one year of relevant working experience
• Good understanding of local employment laws
• Computer literate in MS Office applications
• Knowledge in InfoPay 8.0 will be an added advantage
• Excellent inter-personal and communications skills in English and Mandarin
• Excellent writing and communication skills
