We are seeking highly motivated and committed individuals to take up the following role:
HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT
You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to assist in the management of human resource and general office administration of the Secretariat office.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a non-profitable organisation or small-medium enterprise
- Experience in handling general human resource matters, including recruitment, compensation and benefits and training, with proven record of involvement in development of human resource policies and practices
- A strong working knowledge of human resource policies and practices and relevant legislation
- Experience in performing office administration function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work quickly under time constraints
- Pleasant personality with strong inter-personal skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Mature, meticulous, self-driven, committed
- Highly resourceful and ability to multi-task
- Ability to commence work within the next 2 months
