We are a Group Company of Manpower Supplier & General Contractor Company in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Maintenance Services, Logistics & Others. We look for suitable candidates who can fill the position as below:

HRD AUDITOR

Qualification:

• Minimal S1 in Law or Psychology or Technical
• Having experiences in Human Resources Minimal 5th preferred in Oil and Gas Industries
• Minimal 35th – 45th years old
• Having knowledge in :Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan, Industrial Relations and Community Relations
• Having skill to make HRD concept : Job Description, Performance Appraisal/Key Performance Indicators, Good Industrial Relations
• Familiar with Psycho-test, Assessment Center and Technical Test for technical position
• Having skill in Leadership, ISO 9001 and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
• Good interpersonal, good communication skills, high analytical skill & fast leaner
• Computer Literate in using MS office and familiar with internet
• Fluent in English both speaking & writing
• Located in Jakarta & remote area
