A member of DRYDOCKS WORLD – DUBAI, PT. Drydocks World Pertama requires suitably qualified personnel to fill the vacancies for its shipyard located in Tanjung Uncang, Batam Island – Indonesia.

HR OFFICER

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Minimum D-3 from favourable University (any major discipline)
• Having experience in the same position minimum for 2 years
• Familiar with Industrial Relation settlement, Employee Absenteeism, Jamsostek administration, and other HR functions.
• Good communication in English both oral and written
• Familiar with Excel Application
• Able to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime
