Due to rapid expansion, Rajah & Tann LLP – one of the largest premier law firms in Singapore, is looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Officer / Executive to join the HR team.

HR OFFICER / EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate should have relevant working experience and background and possess good attitude, interpersonal & administrative skills:

Job Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, welfare/benefit plans
• Knowledge of Employment, CPF, Income Tax and HR practices
• Knowledge of MOM regulations, Pass applications, etc.
• Assist in Payroll processing and maintain personnel database on a timely basis
• Payroll experience, preferably with knowledge of TIMES Software would be an added advantage
• Provide support to the HR team, reporting directly to 2 HR Managers
• Assist with ad-hoc HR initiatives

Job Requirements

• Min GCE O’levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and discrete in handling confidential information

Prior Experience in a law firm would be an added advantage, but not essential.
