HR Manager

Job Duties:

• Handle Full Spectrum HR functions for the company
• Reviewing the current HR processes & recommend revisions where appropriate
• Plan & implement new HR policies & workflow process
• Involved in ad-hoc related projects
• Handle Training & Development
• Payroll

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Human Resource Management or Business
• Min. 5 years of experience in Manufacturing industry/trading – preferred
• Hands-on experience in recruitment for all levels & Compensation & Benefits
• Sound knowledge in The Employment & MOM regulations
• Possessed good communication skills (bilingual) and inter-personal skills

Job Information:

• Monday – Friday (9am-6pm) & Saturday (9am-1pm)
• Ubi/East
• Non-smoking working environment
