HR Executive

Job Scopes:

Maintenance of JD folder & organisation chart
Maintenance and updating of employees data, benefits and training records
Management of employee leave application and records
Plan and coordinate employees welfare programmes and matters relating
Management of daily HR logistics, eg. stationaries, seating arrangements, uniforms
Improvement and updating of HR policies and procedures and employee handbook
Prepare letters for employment, transfer, designation, promotion, welcome employee
Administered employee appraisal
