HR Executive

Duties:

Compensation & Benefits

• Payroll Administration, including CPF & IR8A submission
• E-system Administration including E-Leave, E-Attendance, E-Claim etc.
• Benefits administration, including Medical, dental etc
• On-line claims, including Extended Maternity & Reservist Claims etc
• Insurance claims, including H&S, Workman Compensation Claims etc
• Performance Management, including Annual Appraisal, Confirmation & Termination etc

Recruitment

• Short-List potential candidate
• Work pass applications
• Prepare Appointment Letter

Training & Development

• Identify Learning Needs Analysis
• Develop Total Company Training Plan
• Submission of SDF/ SRP claims

Administrative

• Prepare monthly Headcount/ Payroll reports
• Support other general administrative duties
• Job rotation to cover full spectrum of HR duties

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent with min. 2 years relevant HR experience
• Knowledge of Times Payroll will be an added advantage
• Able to multi-task & work in face-paced environment
• Good interpersonal & analytical skills

Working hours: 5 Days, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: 1 Changi North Way, Singapore 498802
