HR cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support in the areas of recruitment, benefits, policies & procedures and records maintenance
  • Assist in the placement of permanent and/or temporary staff by arranging interviews and salary proposal
  • Handle application/renewal of work pass and related passes
  • Liaise with MOM on pass endorsement and cancellation etc
  • Liaise with work pass holders via email/phone
  • Payroll /Commission/CPF Computation & Submission
  • Maintain & process Petty cash/expenses claims
  • Monthly billing/invoice processing
  • General Administration/Filing Handle any other ad-hoc duties and reports when required

Requirements

  • O level/Diploma in Business with at least 2 years’ relevant HR experience
  • Experience in office administration and management preferred
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Independent
  • Meticulous, and with good organisational and time management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English with effective communication skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office Applications namely Word, Powerpoint and Excel
