In line with our ongoing expansion we are looking for dynamic and capable people to join our team. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and creative individuals to fill the following positions:

HR ASSISTANT

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible day-to-day administration of the entire HR & Admin department, Admin / Office maintenance and payroll administrations.
  • To assist and ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of all HR function ie. maintenance of employee¡¯s personal file, payroll, employee¡¯s attendance record, leave record etc.
  • Issuance of staff appointment letter, confirmation, extension and any other documents related to staff employment.
  • To assist in Employee Relations issues and disciplinary investigation.

Requirements :

  • Must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Independent, committed, results oriented with good interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Experience in payroll will be an advantage.
  • Good communication interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately
