HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Provide Admin Support to the HR Manager and Executive
- Assist HR Manager & Executive In The Review, Development and implementation of HR Policies, Plans, Processes and Programmes
- Assist in Monthly Payroll, OT Claims and Medical bills & Claims
- Provide administrative support to Human Resource Department in all HR function
- Update and maintain employees’ records
- Administer employees’ leave record & benefits
- Recruitment
- Maintenance of HR records
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management (Fresh Grads Welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)
- Meticulous with analytical mind, Well Organized, matured individual with positive working attitude
- Independent, Self-Motivated, Initiative and flexible are essential
- Strong Communicaiton and interpersonal skills
- MUST be bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to Commence immediately & Experience is a Plus Point
