Key Responsibilities

Provide Admin Support to the HR Manager and Executive

  • Assist HR Manager & Executive In The Review, Development and implementation of HR Policies, Plans, Processes and Programmes
  • Assist in Monthly Payroll, OT Claims and Medical bills & Claims
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resource Department in all HR function
  • Update and maintain employees’ records
  • Administer employees’ leave record & benefits
  • Recruitment
  • Maintenance of HR records
  • Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management (Fresh Grads Welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)
  • Meticulous with analytical mind, Well Organized, matured individual with positive working attitude
  • Independent, Self-Motivated, Initiative and flexible are essential
  • Strong Communicaiton and interpersonal skills
  • MUST be bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Able to Commence immediately & Experience is a Plus Point
