HR & Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Fully in-charge of HR functions, including payroll, OT, CPF, WP&EP application/ renewal, benefits, uniform, workmen compensation and etc.
- Preparation of HR letters and reports.
- Maintenance of leave/ medical records.
- Coordinate recruitment ads, coordinate interviews and active screening & recruitment of staff.
- Ensure consistent benefits & compensation practice.
- Coordinate staff training.
- In-charge office’s general administrative functions.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years related working experiences
- Resourceful and ability to do multitask
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently
