Helpdesk Engineer
Helpdesk Engineer with minimum 1-2 years experience to support our internal IT infrastructure. The candidate must show strong interpersonal and communication skills as he will interface with all the levels in the organization.
Working location: Changi North
Job scope:
- Helpdesk Support
- First level end-user support for network and system issues
- Perform software and hardware maintenance and ensure the integrity of various systems
- Maintain, develop and enforce standard and procedures to provide stable and reliable IT environment
Requirements:
- Windows administration (preferred certified MCSE/ MCSA)
- Network security (VPN, Firewall, security key management)
- Networking (LAN, WAN)
- Setup Printers, Desktops and Notebooks
- Ability to create documentation of system processes and changes
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
Added advantages:
- Linux administration
- Knowledge in Cisco routers configuration
- Knowledge in database setup and configuration (SQL Server, Oracle, mySQL)
- Experience in web programming (PHP, ASP, etc.)
