Head of Estimation

One of the leading engineering and construction companies in South East Asia, with projects covering the Building, Infrastructure and Utilities sector around the globe from its headquarters in Singapore is in URGENT need for Head of Estimation.

Basic Function:

• Develop bid cost estimates of building or construction activities/services
• Select reference vendor quotations
• Ensure the assessment of costs of all project activities
• Prepare bid price sheet by first principle and preliminary project cash flow
• Prepare bid price breakdown and any prices/cost details
• Prepare initial project budget
• Provide cost estimates or cost plans for projects during design development stage

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Building/Quantity Surveying
• Min 10 years in cost estimating/ tendering
• Overseas bidding experience preferred
• Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred
