Head, Agency Channel

You will spearhead business plans and strategies to achieve a successful agency distribution channel. Your key roles include achieving Company’s sales production and agency strength targets. Besides ensuring effective recruitment and retention, developing, managing and monitoring sales initiatives and operational effectiveness are also essential in this role.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with at least 10 years of working experience in life insurance industry
• Passed Modular exams (M5, M9 & HI), preferred
• Excellent leadership and a team player are essential qualities
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills are essential
• Self motivated and results oriented
• Proven track record of Life Insurance & sales management experience preferred
