GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE CARIBBEAN RESIDENCES

Located just five minutes drive away from the Central Business District, Caribbean Residences offers apartment suites for mid to long term lease for international travelers and expatriates in Singapore. We are currently seeking a cheerful, dynamic and self-driven individual to join our team as :

GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, you are required to provide all guests with a friendly, efficient & informative service at all times ensuring customer’s expectations are consistently exceeded. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to performing front desk duties and managing the telephone system.

Requirements :

Min. 1 year relevant experience in a deluxe-class hotel or serviced apartment
Pleasant disposition and service-oriented
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Able to multi-task within tight deadlines and work independently
Proficient in MS Office is essential
Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred
Only Singaporean & PRs need to apply
