Group Finance Manager

You will provide key support on business which includes preparing group consolidation accounts, group cash flow management, taxation, GST audit, treasury and other ad-hoc projects and corporate matters. You are required to review the company’s accounts, ensure timely preparation of financial and management reports, prepare statutory report and submit company tax return in compliance with regulation. You will supervise reporting and bookkeeping for group of local companies and overseas subsidiaries. You must be able to recommend financial practices and procedures with the company in support to the business plan and attain good corporate governance.

To be successful in this role, you must possess Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 6 years experience, preferably with auditing experience. You must be familiar with accounting standards, taxation and consolidation of accounts. You must be confident, independent and possess excellent writing and communication skills. You must be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and ability to cope with tight deadlines.
