Group Chief Strategy Officer

Responsibilities

As the Group Chief Strategy Officer, you are primarily to help set, formulate and refine the overall corporate strategies for value creation of the Group; to lead strategic planning for the Group, and to ensure alignment across entities to maximize synergies across the Group; to alert Management of new developments, industry trends, competitive plays and other factors that may have a significant impact on the direction of the Group; to translate the overall corporate strategy into action plans; and to articulate a clear definition of the Group’s strategic directions to the Management and the Board.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, individuals must meet the minimum job requirements specified below:

Individuals must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree and a MBA.
At least 12 – 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field at senior management level is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy or Strategic/Corporate Planning and Management.
Individuals must have proven or established experience in developing and implementing needle moving strategies for large complex organization.
Individuals with Info Communication Technology (ICT) background or work in ICT industry are highly desirable.
Individuals must have technical skills with strategic analysis (management and development), business modeling, business intelligence, financial analysis and modeling, and excellent presentation skills.
Individuals with top tier investment banking or consultancy experience are welcome.
