Global Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Work with identified list of key accounts
- Leverage on National Account Managers
- Provide a single point of contact in delivering consistency of service, support and commercial terms worldwide
- Responsible for global / regional relationships
- Responsible for global / regional account strategy and revenue targets
- Responsible for global account planning opportunities
- Develop and implement global strategic business plan
- Work with product management team to develop product management strategies
- Responsible for global and regional customer satisfaction
- Responsible for global P&L for strategic customer accounts with value in annual revenue
- Drive implementation of corporate strategies to ensure continued growth in revenue
- Plan, organise, lead and control balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and customer satisfaction
- Nurture an extensive network of industry leaders, customers and prospects
- Responsible for project management and strategic sales initiatives
- Understand and evaluate customer opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Strategic thinker, aggressive and adaptable
- Possess strong consultative and relationship management skills
- Fluency in English written and verbal is critical
