Yau Lee Construction (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a newly established construction company with the full support of its parent company. Yau Lee Holdings Ltd. (“the Group”), which is publicly listed in Hong Kong since 1991.

As a core subsidiary of the Group Yau Lee Construction Co. Ltd. found in 1958, is prominent in building construction, fitting-outs, maintenance, renovation, design and build of building projects. The Company has been the main contractor for a large number of contracts for various private developers and government institutions.

The Group is also engaged in other businesses relating to building construction and has over two thousands of staff in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Singapore. Yau Lee also produces precast elements and is one of the largest precaster in Hong Kong.

GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforce Concrete) Designer

Job Responsibilities:

Design and interfacing of equipment on offshore industry standards and good engineering practice
Perform integrating of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical control for product development.
Making technical review and finalizing all technical requirements and scope of work
Compilation of project document for submission to customer, third party and final documentation filling
Development of engineering drawing for in-house / contracting production.
Preparation of Operation and Maintenance manuals

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years’ experience
Independent in design on technical specs and requirement.
Good personality and willing to take challenges
Display good teamwork and able to multi-task
Proficiency in Autocad is a pre-requisite
Familiarity with 3D modeling knowledge, finite element analysis would be an advantage
Fresh graduates will be considered
Speaks English and Cantonese
Site Office (Mon – Half Sat) / Work Site (Mon – Sat)
