GENERAL MANAGER RADIO NETWORK

Responsibilities:

• Responsible & Controlling daily operation
• To manage Marketing & Promotional activities
• Create new ideas and concept for short & long term planning
• Ensure high quality standards are met
• Establish good relationship with recording company & agencies
• Achieve monthly target sales
• Produce monthly progress report

Requirements:

• Male/Female 30 years of age and above
• Minimal education diploma degree
• Have worked as Manager or higher in radio station minimal 3 years
• Have a good business sense and leadership quality
• Have a good managerial, communication and public relation skill
• Capable in training, leading and developing team/people
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual
• Creative, attention to detail and result oriented
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power point and Email
• Able to travel within Indonesia
