We are an International Freight Forwarding company with worldwide networking has the following vacancy :

GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGER ( GA – M )

General Requirements:

Graduated S1 from reputable University in Psychology/Management/law
Male, minimum 35 years old, and maximal 40 years old.
Min 5 years working experience in the same capacity in Freight Forwarding Company (Managerial level)
Knowing about Government regulation, labor regulation and Manpower law
Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, Personnel matters, employee relation.
Hard working, honest, can work in a team, can work under pressure and have high motivation, able to work long hours.
Having a good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Can operate computer like Words, Excel, and use an Email,
Have knowledge about ISO 9000:2001 certificate will be desirable
Fluency in both verbal & written English for communication with overseas
Know about administration employee in HR and Admin Department and also insurance.
Have experience for arrangement Expatriate documents to Government ( Immigration, Manpower, and Police ).
