You:

Eat, breathe and sleep online.
See things as constantly in beta and enjoy the challenge of taking business requirements and making them reality.
Aren’t afraid to compile your own, after significant ‘optimisation’.
Aren’t bounded by programming languages and apply your knowledge and logic to new technologies on a daily basis.
Have also come through the ranks of IT and have a solid understanding of Content Management, Enterprise Information Systems (ie CRM / ERP), Change Management and appreciate that budget control and project management are equally as important as the solution itself.
Pulled apart your first (washing machine, computer, fridge, car, [or other complex electrical / electronic / mechanical item] before the age of ten because you were sure you could make it work better.
Know that P=NP and will get around to proving it one of these days.

Requisite Experience / Education: There are no hard and fast qualifications or requirements for this role, however you must be a leader, not a follower and have an ability to digest technology in real time, understand how it works and ‘make a better mouse trap’.

Working with our company: You will have the opportunity to present new and innovative ideas to some of the worlds leading companies and governments as well as applying your style to new technologies, devices, and some of the worlds most visited websites.

Advantageous:

Expert level in Web 2.0 technologies (LAMP + AJAX / XSLT / XML etc)
An interest in leading and shaping what the industry will adopt as 3.0 and 4.0 etc
Intermediate level Perl / Python / Bash
Exposure to at least 3 of the following: C++, Java, Objective C, JSP, C#.
Experience working with at least 3 of: Filenet, Documentum, Trim, Sharepoint, Livelink, Drupal, Joomla, Alfresco, Sugar CRM, vTiger CRM.
Intimate knowledge of: Prototype (JS) and Code Igniter (PHP)
Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience with MySQL plus exposure to at least 2 of the following: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL, SQL Lite and Oracle.
Minimum 2 years experience working with XML, XSLT, AJAX, CSS and HTML
3 Years experience with one of and exposure to at least 3 of the following:
o Interwoven
o Documentum
o Alfresco
o Drupal
o Filenet
o Livelink
o Trim
o Joomla
o Sharepoint
Significant experience working with two or more from the following:
o Unix /Linux or Windows systems administration
o Mobile application development
o Embedded Systems development
o Internet Security
o IP networking, including the ability to analyse network traces
o API design and implementation

The successful candidate will have exceptional written communication skills; exceptional spoken English; will have a natural inclination towards forming mentoring relationships with more junior team members and a track record of delivering large scale, high profile projects in given time frames and on budget.
