Front Office Manager

Responsibilities :

• Plans, directs, evaluates and ensures that all sections of Front Office’s service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Hotel’s strategic plan and standard.
• Enhance the employee and guest satisfaction level which will maximise the Hotel’s profitability and create an imapct on the Hotel’s product leadership.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of working experience in Front Office operations
• Preferbaly holding similar capacity in a deluxe Hotel
• Good leadership, strong interpersonal skills and team player
