As a result of the company’s expansion plans, we are looking for qualified candidates with excellent organization skill, resourceful, independent and good command of English to join us for the following position:

FORMULATION SCIENTIST (Tablet Dosage Forms)

Job Scope:

Reports to the R & D Manager on matters pertaining to New Product Development (NPD)
Responsible for the development of new products as requisitioned.
To ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice at all times in carrying out product research and development
To ensure that the final product complies with the input requirements and Market Authorization requirements.
To coordinate Material Qualification for new starting materials and primary packaging materials.
Ensure proper management of data and documents generated during product development and stability studies in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
Assist in product and process validation by following predetermined process parameters.
To participate as an auditor in internal and external quality audits, including vendor audit, when requested.
Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, confidentiality and safe keeping of Product Design Files.

Requirement:

28 – 35 years old
Degree in Sciences / Pharmacy
2 – 5 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, doing Research and Development in tablets
Experience in the development and commercialisation of tablets dosage formsInvolved in the manufacturing of commercial/ scale-up batches of tablets
Familiar with cGMP requirements
Preference for candidates with extensive experience in tablet dosage forms
Good knowledge of Analytical Method Development and Analytical Method Validation is an added advantage
Good inter-personal and communication skills.
