Food Technologist

Job Responsibility:

• Carry out QA/QC duties related to processes and products
• Provide support for technical enquiries and processes, new product introduction
• Develop or modify new products. Perform initial trial runs for new products.
• Work on process improvements to achieve better efficiency and cost.
• Conduct sensory evaluation for new products.

Qualification:

• Degree in Food Science preferred
• Minimum 5 Years R & D experience with in the food industry.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Willing to work on alternate Saturday
• Able to work independently
