FEMINA Group is now seeking FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (FC) to be placed in our subsidiary companies.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidates will be responsible to monitor and control finance and accounting functions and activities in the following area of responsibilities:

assist with the annual audit
manage accounts payable
collect accounts receivable
take discounts on accounts payable
issue billings promptly
calculate job costs
complete bank reconciliations
issue management reports
issue financial statements
maintain policies and procedures
maintain the chart of accounts
manage outsourced functions
manage the accounting staff
manage the budgeting process
process payroll
implement operational best practices
provide financial analysis
maintain performance measurements
review control weaknesses

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting from recognized university
Minimum GPA 3.00 (of scale 4)
Min. 3 years experience in similar position with at least 2 years in
o KAP – Kantor Akuntan Publik
o manufacturing company
Mature personality with strong initiative and good work attitude
Well organized, high integrity, and attention to detail
Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and tight schedule
Computer literate
