Financial Controller CitySpring Infrastructure Management Pte Ltd

CitySpring Infrastructure Trust is the first infrastructure business trust and a pioneer in a new asset class in Singapore. The Trust aims to be a leading player in the growing infrastructure sector by achieving significant growth through acquisitions.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our growing team at our subsidiary entity located in Melbourne.

Financial Controller (located in Melbourne)

Direct Reporting to CEO of Australia Group and functional reporting to CFO of Singapore Head office

Key accountabilities:

To ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial and management reports and report against KPI’s on a timely basis in line with reporting deadlines. To provide effective analysis and interpretation to management of results and articulate the implications for the future of the business.
Ensure an effective system of internal control and that physical assets are effectively managed.
To maintain, implement and ensure compliance with finance and administration procedures manuals and the Delegations Authorities.
To ensure the annual budget and financial planning process is made on an accurate and timely basis.
To work closely with both external and internal auditors and external financial and taxation advisors to ensure compliance with Group and statutory reporting and taxation requirements.
To ensure effective cash flow management to support the business.
To ensure risks are identified and effectively managed including financial and insurance risks.
Ensure the business is supported with appropriate IT infrastructure and service.

Requirement:

CPA with at least 5 years working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
Motivated and hardworking
Position is in our Melbourne office
