Financial Accountant

Position based at: Kuala Lumpur / Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Analyze company financial status and prepare financial reports
• Track company financial performance and provide financial advice to enhance company business development plan
• Strategic financial planning and preparation for M&A / IPO.
• Conduct due diligence and assess business opportunities for investment
• Liaise with regional authorities, auditors, tax agents and company secretaries etc for statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Chartered Financial Accountant or similar qualification
• Experience in company valuation, IPOs, M&As.
• 2 or more years of financial accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial rules and regulations.
• Good strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
• Meticulous, efficient, diligent and can work independently
• Can travel – 2-3 weeks per month, and at short notice
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
