PT. Panaksara Pustaka, the holding company of Aksara was established in early 2001. Taken from a Sanskret word meaning letter of the alphabet, Aksara originaly started out its retail operations as a bookstore. But in 2002, Aksara became known as Aksara Bookstore and Aksara Music when CDs and vinyl were thrown into the mix. In 2004 Aksara and Prodak, a retailer of gift items and furniture, joined their retail operations and became Aksara: Books, Music, Gifts and Homewares.

Aksara aims to provide a great selection of products, vibrant ambiance and quality of customer service. Passionate, Dynamic, Creative, Service-Oriented, Celebrating Individuality and Fun are values shared by 96 Aksara employees.

Aksara’s flagship store and headquarters are situated in the Kemang area. Aksara Cilandak Town Square was opened on August 18th, 2003 in Cilandak Town Square. Aksara’s third branch, Aksara Plaza Indonesia, began operations July of 2004.

Over the years, strategic partnerships have been established to increase the company’s value. Partners that range from suppliers to banking institutions that help promote our products.

FINANCE OFFICER

Qualifications :

• Male / female
• Age between 27 – 40 years old
• S1 degree, majoring in Accounting or Finance
• Having minimum 2-3 years experience in Accounting or finance
• Fluent in English both written or spoken
• Good computer skill
• Knowledge in taxation is a plus
• Detail oriented, accurate, trustworthy, good communication skill
