Finance Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Finance Manager is to assist the Financial Controller in managing the Finance Dept and is responsible for the full accounting functions of the company.

His/her main duties are as follows:

Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, including consolidation, under Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
Responsible for forecasting and budget planning.
Liaise closely with external tax advisors, tax authorities, auditors, bankers and other external parties.
Provide guidance on all financial and accounting matters to subordinates, colleagues and overseas subsidiaries.
Organize periodic physical stock take to ensure the accuracy of stock value.
Other ad-hoc duties.

Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and qualities:-

Degree in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA and a CPA.
At least 5 years of post-graduate working experience, including consolidation of accounts.
A team player with good communication and inter-personal skills
Meticulous, resourceful, results-oriented and highly self-motivated
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
