Finance Manager – Luxury Tours & Travel Pte Ltd

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise a team of accounting personnel
Ensure financial and management reports are accurately prepared and submitted to management on a timely basis
Provide senior management with insightful analysis of the company’s business and performance
Prepare forecast / budget & cash flow management for the company
Responsible for researching tax, accounting and legal issues on transactions to ensure proper preparation and disclosure of financial statement
Liaise with auditors / tax agents / bankers / company secretary and lawyers
Responsible for further development and documentation of policies and procedures to enhance controls and improve efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional degree. CPA is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Must be meticulous and possess strong analytical skills.
