Finance Manager Delta Network Pte Ltd

Delta Network is a Singapore based end to end system Integration Company specializing in wide range of mobility and customized data network solutions to meet the needs of Mobile Network Operators (TELCO’s) & Wireless Service Providers.

As the company is expanding its operation, we are looking for a suitable candidate who shall actively take part of day to day activities of our company.

Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the accounts department
Prepare, monitor and analize budgets, operational costs and expenses, and project future revenue and expenses
Oversee the full sets of accounts including accounting, controlling and reporting
Control costs and drive cost savings initiatives to meet company financial targets and commitments
Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts
Prepare accurate monthly reports (cashflow, balance sheet, income statement, forecast, etc.) and ensure promptly submission
Perform financial performance analysis and projects review
Perform costing of products
Handle Statutory audits and ensure compliance and audit clearance
Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems

Requirements:

CPA with a recognized University Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 10 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in a listed company, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in a manufacturing / trading environment.
Highly motivated self-starter and versatile team player
Good in-depth knowledge of Quickbook
Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards and Corporate Tax & GST regulations
Strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
