Our client, a rapidly growing multinational company with a vision that is beyond dreams; and a goal that includes developing a world class service for their customers, is looking for an experienced Finance professional to be part of their senior management team!

Reporting to the CEO, you will strategically lead and manage a team of Finance, IT and Administration in a dynamic and high growth environment.

Finance Director – Macau Based

Responsibilities:

Oversee the company’s overall finance and accounting functions
Lead monthly management reporting and updates to the Board and shareholders, provide critical analysis of business results
Supervise the handling of financial management, controls, audit and accounts including cash-flow management
Lead and coordinate with department heads on departmental budgeting, forecasting and long term outlook
Develop, implement and track various financial policies and procedures in revenue recognition, accounts payable, credit and collection, financial analysis and reporting, general ledger, and payroll and employee benefit programs
Lead company’s working capital strategy and requirements
To head up team of Finance, IT and Administration
Act as key liaison with suppliers and lenders including on-going and future customer relationship

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrated recognition within current career history; Strong financial planning and reporting experience, preferably in logistics; International experience with cultural awareness to work with people from different backgrounds; Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; Excellent analytical and decision making skills with commercial acumen; Qualified in Finance/Accounting disciplines and a CPA holder.
