Finance and Admin Manager

Job Descriptions:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for finance, accounting, tax, legal, logistics and administration matters of the organization. You will also support growth of the company by assisting him in developing a strong financial control environment and providing quality financial information for decision making.
Your key duties and responsibilities includes:

Overseeing full spectrum of finance and accounting
Managing financial reporting for both management & statutory purpose
Providing financial analytical support to align to the company’s strategy
Responsible for Company Secretarial and Legal matters
Participating in the budgetary process, forecasting process and strengthening of the internal control
Play a key role in the senior management team
Overseeing the Human Resources and Administration function of the company which include property leases, office, facilities, logistic, ISO etc.
