An established ship management company who owns and manages a fleet of Offshore Support Vessels
We’re looking for zealous, committed and competent people to join the Vroon Offshore Services team.
Finance Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts function
- Handle full function of Accounts Payable
- Expenses Schedules Preparation/Accrual
- Prepare Quarterly GST submission
- Update Fixed Assets Register and tagging
- Cash Flow update and forecast
- Cash Statement verification, accounts coding and reconciliation
- Assist Finance Supervisor on month-end closing and year-end Budgeting
- Liaise with Company secretary on secretarial matters
- Responsible for bank accounts opening and administration
Administrative function
- Assist on HR administrative matters
- Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings for office staff
- Oversees Office Admin
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy /LCCI higher or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Meticulous and a team player
- Independent and is able to multi-task and perform under work pressure
- Singaporean or PR only
Other Information:
- Located in East (Loyang way)
- Working hours: Mondays – Fridays: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Company transport pick-up near Pasir Ris MRT
