Finance & Administration Officer

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Maintain monthly expenses/cost and budgeting report
• Manage and administers accounting processes of expense/cost/inventory in compliance with internal control system and global finance policy
• Prepare/filing monthly relevant documents, receipts and invoice for book-keeping
• Responsible for payment and collection; Account document control & filling
• GST,CPF and tax account preparation and submission
• Final account preparation knowledge
• Ad hoc labor insurance, payroll and HR administration when required
• Interaction with departments and provide necessary office administrative support
• Provide front office administration support, phone answering and business operations matters

Qualifications:

• College or University graduated with related background
• Min. 3 years or above related experience in accounting and office administrative experience is a must
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Accounting and MS Office package
• Multi-international company work experience is preferable
• Fluent in written and spoken English and good to fair in written and spoken Mandarin is a plus.
