Finance/ Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Providing general assistance to the Chief of Finance Department
Handles accounts payable duties & GST submission
Monitoring cash collections from customers to ensure strong cash position
Providing assistance in human resource administration – monthly payrolls and employment contracts
Month-end reporting schedule and reports
Assist in the handling of audit and preparation of annual report
Able to liaise with auditors, tax agents & other bodies
Any general administrative duties and other ad hoc duties that may arise

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or ACCA graduate
Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting & related fields
Experience in handling full set of accounts
Experience in accounting software
Those with audit/consolidation experience would be an advantage
Meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and positive work attitude
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Our Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Suntec
