Factory Manager

RESPONSIBILITY:

To plan and schedule loading to production.
To ensure products specifications and quality are complied.
To control production costs, maintenance costs and material wastage.
To provide various production reports as required.
Responsible for maintenance of the factory, its services production machines and equipment both mechanical and electrical.
Ensure overall of all production and equipment confirm to safety regulation.
To monitor and ensure all documents procedures and instructions are followed by its subordinates.
Implement the preventive maintenance programmed to improve machine and equipment efficiency.
Plant facility (building, utilities and plant regulatory) maintenance.

SKILLS :

Efficient management and day-to-day operations of manufacturing.
Good knowledge of technical background.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, Manufacturing Process & System Audit will be an added advantage.
Good communication in Mandarin, Malay and English.
