City Satay is the largest barbeque food supplier in Singapore with a large retail network islandwide. We are gearing up for growth and expansion and are inviting committed and dynamic individuals to join us.

Factory Manager

Job Scope

Implement production planning system and ensuring daily output meeting target
Responsible for factory maintenance & upkeep
Implementing Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure compliance
Manage manpower & resources utilization
Implement ideas to improve productivity & capacity utilization
Implement quality control on incoming materials and work-in-process
Responsible for inventory control
Familiar with requirements of MUIS (halal), ISO and HACCP
Liaise with AVA, NEA and regulatory

Job Requirements

Diploma or above with 8-10 years’ of relevant experience in which at least 3 years at managerial grade in food manufacturing industry;
Solid experience in MRP, production planning, plant engineering and industrial engineering;
Knowledge in work safety, HACCP and GMP is an absolute advantage;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
