Facility Engineers

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and maintenance delivery strategies.
• Perform review of equipment failure incidents for electrical systems.
• Conduct risk assessment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance work on electrical systems.
• Use information systems to analyse data and advice on optimum maintenance priorities.
• Perform regular analysis of asset performance data.
• Provide strategies in relation to predictive/preventive and reactive maintenance for electrical systems.
• Identify causes of reliability degradation.
• Verify effective corrective actions have taken place.
• Forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and cost control.
• Provide technical support to technicians.
• Maintain satisfactory liaison with the customers.
• Review and evaluate contractor’s performance and submit report to superior.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/NTC in Electrical Engineering

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing electrical systems.
• Ability to appreciate and execute service agreements and KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction and service continuity.
• Proactive approach to work issues.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in facilities maintenance especially in the field of electrical systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of maintenance planning
