Executive Sous Chef / Bar & Wine Captain / Bakery Assistant

Executive Sous Chef

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, passion for food & experience in western-style cuisine.
• Minimum 10 years culinary experience at Management level

Bar & Wine Captain

Requirements:

• Passionate about wine and knowledgeable about pairing wine with food.
• Minimum 3 years of experience

Bakery Assistant

Requirements:

• Passion for Artisan bread baking
• Creative and able to work independently
