Jia Ying Community Services Society (JYCSS) is a registered society & member of the National Council of Social Services. Her vision is to serve the community through holistic good works and acts of kindness.

JYCSS and her associated units are located in Hougang and reach out to children, youth and the elderly.

Executive Director

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Science or Management and/or at least 5 years work experience in social services
• Preferably with experience managing at least two centre
• Familiarity with Corporate Governance an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Initiate proposal, implement and ensure compliance of charity to corporate governance
• Strategies and execute plan to meet objectives of the charity and her associated units
• Develop and manage staff and volunteers

Centre Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Social Science or similar and/or at least 2 years work experience in social services
• Preferably with experience managing a centre

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of corporate, board & governance aspect of the charity
• Supervise the management & operations of charity’s associated units
• Manage staff and volunteers
