Executive, Building Management

His/Her general duties include:

• Support the Manager in overseeing daily building operational matters
• Provide administrative support to the Manager
• Lead and supervise a team of Building Officers and Technicians
• Manage and supervise contractors’ work
• Coordinate and manage projects within the mall
• Prepare and monitor budgets

Requirements:

• A degree holder in estate management, building or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Experience in managing a retail mall/large scale commercial project will be an advantage
• Process strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
• Must be analytical, detailed and systematic
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Willing to work beyond office hours
• Pleasant and friendly personality
